A benefit for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s St. Charles Borromeo Conference
For more than 150 years, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul has been helping our neighbors in need throughout the United States and abroad. We provide innovative, practical emergency assistance to those in need, regardless of creed, to bridge the spiritual, emotional, and material gaps in their lives.
A network of neighbors, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness, and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need.
Day after day, many people in our very own community struggle to make ends meet. To help with this, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Grand Coteau Conference, is helping individuals and families in our community. Every day, SVdP volunteers work with families to provide emergency food, help keep the lights on, and avoid eviction. SVdP volunteers continuously work to provide individuals and families with assistance regardless of religion, race, or national origin.
There is a 4th annual, special event planned to replenish the funds that are needed to continue to help our neighbors in need throughout Acadiana. The benefit, Dine for a Cause, will be held on Saturday, September 26th, 2026 at 6 PM at Knights of St. Peter Claver Event Center located at 252 Church Street, Grand Coteau, LA 70541.
